Nothing is more rewarding than making sure you feel better at the end of each session.

I have always been fascinated by human physiology and the healing power of massage therapy in helping people manage physical, medical, and emotional challenges. I began my massage career in 2016 to deepen my understanding of the innerworkings and complexities of human healing. The personal benefits of receiving regular massage reinforced my convictions on the importance of massage as an integral part of a comprehensive wellness plan.

I graduated from Bellevue Massage School in 2017 and have been working at several different wonderful massage therapy and chiropractic businesses for over 5 years, before starting my own in 2023.

My desire for better understanding of the human body has been a driving force to continue my education in different modalities, both on my own and academically. In 2017 my partner had a major shoulder and arm injury while playing a sport. After he was frustrated with his slow recovery through conventional methods, we were introduced to a Sport Therapist who had been trained in Muscle Activation Technique. When I witnessed the impact of such technique on his fast recovery, I decided to attend Broadview University where I attained my MAT Certification in 2019. In 2022, I obtained certification in Intraoral Massage Therapy.

I believe every person’s body is different, requiring different techniques. I never use a cookie-cutter approach of applying the same forceful series of poundings on my clients’ bodies. I spend the beginning of every session connecting with you and your body through active listening and gently touching the focal points while considering the inner connectivity with supporting muscles, tendons, and joints. Only then will I be applying the appropriate combination of modalities, ranging from Swedish and Deep Tissue to Trigger Point and MET. My goal for anyone under my care is to maximize form and function while restoring the body with purposeful touch and relaxation, leading to better quality of life.
